From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leadership

Founded in 2007, Boyu Heavy Industry Technology Group is located in Yangliu Town, Xintai City—a region known for its industrial growth and its role as a major hub for gantry cranes. While we started without many distinguishing competitive advantages, our chairman’s vision and leadership guided us to focus on pressure vessels as the cornerstone of our business.

In the early days, Boyu didn’t have a standout edge. But we chose to solve key industry problems head-on. We identified spiral plate heat exchangers as our main product, and to improve them, we began recovering and disassembling heat exchangers from other companies, studying the reasons behind failures. By embracing innovation, we made significant strides in solving issues like internal leaks and protective plate damage, which greatly enhanced product reliability and lifespan.

Today, we’ve grown to produce over 1,000 sets of spiral plate heat exchangers annually, and we’re on track to surpass 2,000 sets by 2026, solidifying our position as an industry leader.

Expanding Horizons – Entering New Markets

After securing a strong foothold in the coke industry, Boyu quickly recognized the changing global energy landscape. As the push for new energy sources gained momentum, we saw an opportunity to enter the power sector. We became a trusted OEM supplier of HRSG boiler accessories, contributing to the shift toward sustainable energy worldwide.

We didn’t stop there. Boyu continued to expand into the chemical industry, where our expertise in technology, quality, and service has helped us capture over 80% of the domestic coke market share. With an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons, we are expanding our reach to serve even more sectors and industries.

Certifications and Future Vision

In 2024, Boyu achieved another milestone by obtaining the ASME certification along with domestic A1, A2, A3 boiler certifications. This now enables us to manufacture spherical tanks under 100 MPa, complete boilers, boiler components, and a wide range of pressure vessels, reinforcing our competitive edge and opening up new opportunities in the market.

As we move into 2023, Boyu has not only established a strong presence in traditional energy and coke industries but is also continuously upgrading its products and technologies. We believe that innovation is the key to our growth, and Boyu remains committed to advancing green, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly solutions, helping our customers succeed with more efficient and reliable equipment.
